Cloud Bread Trial

It's time to start shedding our winter weight. We've decided to try a lower-carb diet for a few weeks - no easy feat for a croissant and brioche-lover like me! But lower carb or not, why have I never heard of cloud bread until today? What could be more wonderful than doughy puffs of cloud to spread my pork paté upon?
