Chanango Smoothie

The No Meat Athlete says if you have one smoothie and one big salad every day, there is no way you won't be healthy.

Inspired, I just made a Chanango Smoothie: black cherry juice, banana, and mango (with some yoghurt).

So, I'm going to try to have a smoothie-a-day for the next 2 weeks. Here's another one I'd like to try, from SpoonForkBacon:

Blueberry & Banana Buttermilk Smoothie
Makes 3 cups

Ingredients:
2 cup frozen blueberries
1 banana, peeled and cut into thirds
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
3 1/2 tablespoons agave nectar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Place all ingredients into a blender in the order listed. Blend until smooth or desired consistency has been achieved. (if you would like a thicker smoothie, add 1 1/2 cups ice and blend)
